Global Studies Pathway
The Global Studies Pathway provides students with a concentration of courses dedicated to the enrichment of student experience as world citizens. Students will create a course of study that will expand their global view. Course work will cultivate curious, independent, and collaborative scholars and prepare students to make logical, evidence-based decisions to develop confidence and capabilities to face the challenges of a rapidly changing diverse world. This pathway is recommended for students who are interested in exploring the humanities, social sciences, civics and the arts through a global perspective.
- Students must complete the AP Capstone or Concentrated Studies Program to earn the Global Studies Pathway diploma endorsement.
- For the 2021-22 school year, rising 9th graders, 10th graders, and 11th graders (who have met the course sequence requirements) are eligible to apply to the Global Studies Pathway.
- Students who are interested in enrolling in the Global Studies Pathway must discuss with their counselor the expectations and requirements.
